Synonym Records (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates a music content management application (“the App”) and the music smartlink landing pages hosted at l.sivanlanger.com (“the Service”).

Information We Collect

For Smartlink Visitors: We use first-party cookies and standard web analytics to measure page performance and optimize advertising. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information directly.

For Synonym App Users (Authorized Personnel Only): We collect account authentication tokens provided by third-party platforms (e.g. TikTok) via OAuth 2.0 and basic account identifiers required to post content as authorized by the holder.

Third-Party Pixels & Tracking

Pages on this Service load tracking pixels from Meta, Google, and TikTok. These pixels collect anonymized behavioral data — such as page views and streaming service clicks — solely for the purpose of measuring and optimizing advertising campaigns.
